Job Description: As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, from the initial pitch to deal closure and account growth. You will negotiate effectively with decision-makers to achieve win-win deals and build and grow relationships with startup founders and their teams. Your main focus will be on delivering sales targets, revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. We are looking for a candidate with at least 5 years of experience demonstrating a strong track record of success in similar roles. You should have a proven ability to pitch and close deals with startup founders, a strong understanding of numbers, negotiation, and problem-solving, as well as the ability to create and deliver compelling business pitches. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, especially in initiating conversations with new clients.
