Role Description for KAM This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Faridabad. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, developing business plans, providing excellent customer service and analyzing account data to improve sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include meeting with clients, identifying their needs, developing and executing plans to meet those needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
