Job Description

Job Description: As a member of our team at indiagold, you will play a crucial role in driving sales targets through affiliate partnerships while ensuring consistent growth in numbers. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong relationships with affiliate partners, serving as the primary point of contact, identifying and onboarding new partners aligned with our target customer profile, and collaborating with the Inside Sales team to optimize lead flow and conversion rates. It will be essential for you to monitor and analyze partner performance, offering data-driven insights to enhance outcomes, and develop tools for partner enablement such as sales kits, FAQs, incentives, and training decks. Resolving partner issues promptly and effectively to maintain trust and productivity will be a key aspect of your role, along with working closely with the Marketing and Product teams to co-create campaigns and track ROI from affiliates. Desired Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3-6 years of experience in key account management, channel sales, or affiliate partnerships, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through partnerships. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with experience in managing B2C or B2B inside sales funnels being a plus. Comfort with CRM tools and performance tracking dashboards, as well as the ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment, are also desired attributes.
