Job Description

As a Key Account Manager in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences sector, your role goes beyond just selling products to large customers. You will be responsible for managing accounts within your designated territory by identifying business opportunities through interactions with key decision makers and local stakeholders. Your focus will be on ensuring that client needs and expectations are consistently met. Your primary responsibilities will include prioritizing and managing accounts, expanding relationships with significant clients, conducting market and opportunity analysis, and providing valuable insights on customer trends to internal stakeholders. Collaboration with other business divisions will be crucial in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with key accounts to facilitate the entry of Aishwarya products. To excel in this role, you must hold a Science/Pharmacy Graduate degree, with a Master's degree being preferable but not mandatory. Experience in managing customer relationships in the healthcare industry, a drive for results, and a sense of accountability for achieving both short-term and long-term goals are essential. While prior experience in account management and product management is desirable, it is not mandatory. Knowledge of therapy and product areas, as well as experience in handling key corporate accounts, will be advantageous in this position.,
