Job Description
Location- Noida (WFO)
Budget- 10 LPA- 12 LPA
Experience- 6-8 Years
Notice period- Immediate-30 days (max)
Skill required- Key account management, IT Sales, need candidate from IT Background only, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Excellent communication skills, customer and client handling.
Education Qualification- BBA/BCA/BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA
Interview process- F2F Interview only (candidates will be taken from Delhi NCR location only).
Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding of Information Technology landscape of clients
- Developing and sustaining long lasting relationships with clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Ability to generate requirement and driving the client engagement to close the deal.
- Will be the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
- Supervising the sales teams assigned to each key client
- Communicating and collaborating with all the departments/teams to ensure that key clients’ needs are met
- Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders.
- Developing a thorough understanding of key client’s needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.
- First point of contacts in resolving all issues and problems faced by customers and deal with all complaints
Requirements & Skills:
- Should have enterprise sales experience in IT.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Quick problem solving and decision making.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize and multi task in a high-functioning environment.
