As a Junior Staff Nurse at our facility in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in providing healthcare and support to elderly patients in geriatric and palliative care settings. Your responsibilities will include assisting doctors in medical procedures, administering medications, conducting regular screenings, and providing immediate medical care during emergencies. You will also be involved in tasks such as wound care, post-surgical care, and educating patients" families on proper care techniques. To excel in this role, you must hold a B.Sc in Nursing and have 3 to 5 years of experience in geriatric or critical care setups. Compassion, empathy, good communication skills, and the ability to manage stress are essential qualities for this position. Proficiency in Tamil, English, and Malayalam languages is required. Your daily tasks will involve administering medications through various methods, monitoring patients" health concerns, assisting with medical examinations, and maintaining accurate medical records. You will work closely with the senior nurse, reporting patient statuses regularly and upholding medical ethics and laws.
