The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning, optimal customer service, and profitability of the facility while promoting the sports and other activities. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the sports facility, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance reviews. Maintain sports courts, equipment, and facilities, ensuring they are in top condition. Execute events, tournaments, and training sessions to maximize usage of the facility. Implement marketing strategies to attract new members and maintain relationships with existing clients. Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimize resources to ensure the facility's profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations. Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints to enhance customer satisfaction. Prepare and present reports on facility usage, revenue generation, and performance to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Sports Facility Manager or similar role. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of facility management, safety regulations, and sports event coordination.
