As a Registrar in Pune, your key responsibilities will include: - Informing the concerned consultant promptly upon patient admission. - Conducting and documenting history & physical examinations. - Formulating a differential diagnosis. - Developing and documenting the initial plan of care based on the labor room PROTOCOL book. - Modifying the daily plan of care as needed. - Writing daily progress notes to track patient status. - Obtaining and documenting informed consent from patients. - Performing preoperative workups for patients scheduled for procedures. - Ordering appropriate investigations and interpreting hemodynamic parameters in critically ill patients. - Analyzing and interpreting laboratory & radiology results. - Ordering transfusions of blood and blood products when necessary. - Ordering appropriate medications and other necessary treatments. - Preparing comprehensive discharge summaries and explaining post-discharge orders to patients. - Recording duty reports in the duty register and ensuring proper handover and takeover procedures are followed daily. - Completing insurance forms for patient billing purposes. - Conducting pelvic examinations, Pap smears, and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation as required. - Ordering and adjusting artificial feeding modalities. - Performing nasogastric intubations and inserting urethral catheters. To be eligible for this position, you should hold an MBBS degree with MD/ DNB/ DGO qualifications and have 0-4 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time role that requires a high level of clinical expertise and attention to detail.,
