Job Description
Responsibilities: Conduct structural, thermal, and fluid flow simulations with FEA and CFD tools to inform design and engineering decisions. Validate and interpret simulation results; deliver actionable recommendations to design and manufacturing teams. Develop and automate simulation workflows to improve efficiency and consistency. Document technical findings and create simulation reports and presentations. Stay updated with the latest trends in simulation tools and methodologies, especially relevant to industrial and smart manufacturing sectors. Qualifications and Skills: Skills in FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, Abaqus, Nastran) and CFD tools (e.g., ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, Simcenter STAR-CCM+). Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, or related engineering field. At least 1 year of practical experience in FEA and CFD simulation jobs. In-depth knowledge in engineering principlessolid mechanics, heat transfer, and fluid dynamics. Working skills in CAD tools (e.g., Siemens NX). Knowledge of meshing techniques and model setup for static and transient analyses. Knowledge of scripting (Python, MATLAB) to automate simulation is an added advantage.
