We are seeking a dedicated Junior Sales Executive to become a valuable member of our sales team. Your role will involve generating leads, conducting sales calls, maintaining our CRM database, and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive research to gather essential information for reaching out to potential leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing customer support by addressing client inquiries via calls and emails, identifying issues, and recommending suitable products or services. To excel in this role, you must possess a solid understanding of sales performance metrics and have the ability to think strategically and creatively. Previous experience in a goal-driven sales environment and a strong work ethic are essential. You should be self-motivated, collaborative, and eager to contribute to the growth of our business. Ideal candidates will have proficiency in MS Excel and the Office Suite for data analysis, along with hands-on experience in various sales techniques, including cold calling. Exceptional communication skills, both in person and over the phone or email, are crucial. Any experience in selling managed services to middle-market and independent agencies will be advantageous.
