Job Description
As a Junior Relationship Manager based in Mumbai, you will be responsible for conducting market research, data collection, and analysis of target companies and sectors. Your role will involve identifying high-growth opportunities and companies that align with the firm's financial services. Additionally, you will be tasked with sourcing, analyzing, evaluating, and engaging with potential clients in the SME/Mid-markets space, ensuring that critical information is gathered for client engagement and deal origination. Your responsibilities will include prospecting and engaging with identified clients, nurturing them through the sales pipeline, understanding their financial needs, and positioning the firm's financial services as the best solution. You will also be expected to identify potential opportunities for deals such as Debt Syndication, Structured Finance, Project Finance, Working Capital Solutions, Term Loans, Investment opportunities, and M&A. In this role, you will be responsible for deal sourcing and managing the deal pipeline, tracking and prioritizing opportunities from initial contact to deal closure. Collaboration with Senior Relationship Managers will be essential in negotiating and closing financial deals that meet the clients" needs while aligning with the firm's objectives. Your goal will be to structure win-win deals that satisfy both the clients" financial strategy and the firm's risk and return criteria. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in data collection and support throughout the deal process, ensuring accurate and comprehensive data is maintained to support decision-making, analysis, and reporting. By maintaining a repository of client, sector, and market data, you will contribute to the success of deal sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and post-deal monitoring.,
