Job Description Perform routine tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. Utilize various analytical techniques and instruments, including wet analysis and instrumentation. Accurately document all test results and laboratory activities in accordance with company protocols. Maintain detailed and organized records for traceability and reporting purposes. Adhere to company and regulatory procedures for testing and quality control. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant regulations. Regularly check and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure it is functioning correctly. Report any malfunctions or issues to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution. Prepare samples and reagents for analysis, ensuring proper handling and storage. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sample preparation. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while working in the laboratory. Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and promote a safe working environment. Assist Senior QC Officers with various tasks and projects as needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals. Communicate test results and any issues or discrepancies to the QC Manager / Sr. QC Officers promptly. Participate in regular meetings to discuss quality control findings and improvements. Requirements Bachelors degree in Chemistry or a related field. Basic knowledge in wet analysis, instrumentation, and ISO standards. Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant field. Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to share information clearly and work well with others. Excellent problem-solving skills; able to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Laboratory setting with exposure to chemicals and testing equipment. Ability to stand for extended periods and handle laboratory equipment. Benefits Competitive market standard salaries.
