Job Description

As a Junior Production Manager specializing in commercial kitchen equipment fit-out, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations related to commercial kitchen equipment manufacturing. You should have a Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering along with 1-3+ years of experience in this field. Your primary duties will include managing the production process, ensuring adherence to daily production schedules based on customer requirements, handling manpower, and equipment efficiently. You must have a strong understanding of AutoCAD drawing and SS Sheet metal to effectively contribute to the production process. It will be your responsibility to monitor and adjust the production process to maintain high quality and productivity standards. You will be required to inspect production output to ensure it meets the specified requirements and make necessary adjustments as needed. Documentation and daily reporting are essential aspects of this role, along with handling daily production activities and submitting reports. An integral part of your job will involve ensuring on-time delivery of commercial kitchen equipment while maintaining a high level of knowledge about the industry standards.
