Job Description

As the Product Marketing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include: Competitor-Driven Program Development: - Conducting detailed SWOT analyses of the top 5 competitors quarterly to identify feature differentiation and market positioning. - Utilizing tools like SEMrush to update competitor data regularly for strategic decision-making. Gap Identification & Product Updates: - Analyzing competitor data and customer feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities. - Providing quarterly product update reports after generating 5,000 leads, showcasing improvements and new features. - Discovering and articulating Unique Selling Propositions (USPs) and exploring strategic partnerships to enhance offerings. Learner Persona Development & Segmentation: - Refreshing learner personas biannually through surveys, CRM data, and market research. - Segmenting customer and lead data based on updated personas for targeted marketing and product development. - Sharing persona and segmentation updates with Product Management and Development teams to ensure alignment. Program USP Identification & Positioning: - Identifying unique benefits for each program and creating clear positioning statements to highlight benefits and value for target segments. Program Pipeline Management & Launch: - Maintaining a pipeline of at least 50 new programs in various stages of development. - Ensuring successful program launches with at least 3 out of 4 programs achieving 30+ enrollments per quarter. - Having a minimum of 5 new programs ready for launch each quarter. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Working closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Academic teams to ensure product-market fit and successful launches. - Establishing feedback mechanisms with learners and internal teams for continuous product improvement. Market Research & Innovation: - Staying updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to drive product innovation. - Validating new program ideas through rapid prototyping, pilot launches, and data-driven decision-making.
