Role Overview: Assist in estimating costs and preparing detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for interior design and fit-out projects. Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior estimators to estimate costs for materials, furnishings, fixtures, and labor. Prepare comprehensive BOQ documents based on interior design specifications and drawings. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing and quotes. Maintain accurate records of estimates and support tender submissions. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
