Job Description

Job Title: Junior Instrumentation Engineer Location: Thane West Experience: 3-4 Years Key Responsibilities: -Design, develop, and maintain instrumentation systems for industrial and process automation applications. -Prepare and update JB (Junction Box) schedules, ensuring proper terminal allocation and wiring details. -Develop and manage cable schedules with detailed routing, termination, and cable specifications. -Create and review cable tray layouts, ensuring optimal routing, segregation, and accessibility. -Prepare accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO) for instrumentation cables, junction boxes, trays, and related components based on drawings and site needs. -Calibrate, test, and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical instrumentation to ensure accurate and reliable performance. -Ensure all instrumentation design and installation work complies with relevant safety and quality standards. -Collaborate with design, electrical, and commissioning teams for successful project execution. -Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, drawings, and project reports. Skills Required: -Proficiency in instrumentation tools, design software, and drafting tools (AutoCAD, etc.). -Strong knowledge of control systems, field instruments, sensors, and automation protocols. -Hands-on experience with JB/cable scheduling, cable tray layout design, and MTO preparation. -Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. -Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
