Job Description

We are looking for a junior engineer passionate about Trainee-Generative AI (GenAI) to join our team. In this role, you will assist in designing, prototyping, and deploying GenAI applications using models such as GPT, LLaMA, or other transformer-based architectures. You will work closely with senior engineers, data scientists, and product managers to explore GenAIs potential across various use cases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of applications using foundation models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA, Mistral).
• Assist in fine-tuning or prompt-engineering of large language models (LLMs) for specific business use cases.
• Build and test LLM pipelines using APIs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Cohere, etc.).
• Contribute to prompt design, evaluation, and benchmarking of GenAI model outputs.
• Collaborate on building GenAI-powered chatbots, copilots, summarizers, and content generation tools.
• Participate in data preparation, cleaning, and formatting for model training and evaluation.
• Implement simple RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines under guidance.
• Contribute to documentation, model evaluation reports, and performance dashboards.
