Job Title: Junior Frontend Developer Position: 2 Experience Required: 6 Months 1.5 Years Key Responsibilities: Independently convert UI/UX designs into responsive and well-structured frontend code using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and JavaScript. Take ownership of assigned modules or pages and ensure timely, pixel-perfect delivery. Identify layout or styling issues proactively and resolve them with minimal supervision. Collaborate with the development and design teams to maintain consistency and usability across projects. Ensure responsiveness and performance across browsers and devices. Maintain code quality and follow best practices in structure, reusability, and maintainability. Regularly test, debug, and refine UI components based on functional and design requirements. Required Skills: Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap. Basic JavaScript understanding and ability to implement interactivity. Familiarity with responsive design principles and debugging tools. Exposure to design handoff tools like Figma or Adobe XD. Eagerness to learn and grow in a team-oriented environment. Good problem-solving and communication skills.
