Position Summary We are looking for a proactive and energetic Junior Sales Executive with 12 years of experience in the building materials domain. The candidate will be responsible for supporting sales activities, identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned targets. Key Responsibilities Identify potential clients, dealers, and distributors in the assigned area. Promote and sell building material products as per company guidelines. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Collect market intelligence and competitor information. Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM/sales tracking tools. Coordinate with the internal team for order fulfillment and customer support. Requirements Experience: 1 to 2 years in sales, preferably in building materials. Education: Any graduate (BBA/B.Com/B.Sc preferred). Skills: Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Language: Proficiency in Telugu and Hindi; English is a plus. Other Must own a bike with valid driving license. Familiarity with Hyderabad market and local geography.
