Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for maintaining the quality assurance process in alignment with the company's vision, with a focus on improving process quality areas. You will be expected to work towards achieving zero customer complaints and eliminating unsafe conditions in your respective area. Your responsibilities will include conducting PIR/FIR inspections, verifying 4M reports, abnormality report verification, Line POKA-YOKE verification, daily in-house rejection analysis, and conducting process & product audits. Additionally, you will be required to update the FMDS board. To be considered for this role, you should have 1-3 years of relevant experience in quality control, experience in lay out inspection, and a strong background in analyzing in-house rejections, customer complaints, and utilizing 7QC tools for analysis. Good communication skills and data entry proficiency are essential for this position. A diploma in a relevant field is required, and candidates must be open to relocating and working in Dharuhera.
