Our clientele consists of parents of students from India and abroad who study with us. Key duties of this role include: Upselling coursers ( 3rd language ). Collaborating with academic, admissions, technology, sales, and operations teams to successfully on-board all students and parents into Dreamtime Learning School. Utilizing Zoho and other automation tools to establish high-performance support systems for error-free student on-boarding. Working closely with the Content and Training Team to create and execute training modules for parents and students orientation. Coordinating with the logistics team to ensure the timely delivery of student kits in India and abroad. Communicating with parents and students via phone and virtual meetings to address any concerns related to the on-boarding of students across all programs. Preparing reports and documents as required periodically. Performing any other duties and responsibilities assigned as needed. Qualifications: Minimum Requirements: Experience managing a team of customer support professionals across India. International experience is a plus. Expertise in all aspects of customer support, coupled with a drive to achieve business goals. Proficiency in using Zoho One and other relevant tools is advantageous. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer support while maintaining a customer-centric mindset and exceeding company expectations. Personal Attributes: Highly motivated and committed to taking ownership and demonstrating passion for the role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills and proficiency with systems Outstanding management skills when working with virtual teams Superb problem-solving abilities and communication skills Empathy and a customer-centric mindset focused on student success Certification in communication, persuasion, storytelling, or similar fields is an added advantage.
