Job Title: junior Credit Executive Credit Risk & Underwriting Location: Chennai Department: Credit & Risk Operations Industry: NBFC / Banking LAP & Home Loans Experience:1 - 3 years Reports To: Credit Manager Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Assist with end-to-end processing of LAP and Housing Loan applications Verify and manage customer documentation as per internal and regulatory checklists Support credit underwriting by summarizing key financial and property data Coordinate with customers for pending documents and updates Liaise with internal departments (sales, credit, legal, technical) to ensure timely file movement Assist in pre- and post-disbursement documentation Maintain accurate data in loan management systems and prepare MIS reports Ensure compliance with company policies and RBI guidelines Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration 1 - 3 years of experience in loan processing or financial services Basic understanding of loan documentation and underwriting processes Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel Strong communication and organizational skills High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Performance bonus Application Question(s): how many years" experiences in loan against property or housing loan do you know underwriting experience how many years experienced in operations Work Location: In person,
