As a Junior Designer at Craft Worldwide, you will: Develop creative design concepts based on briefs and client goals. Execute high-quality visuals across digital and print formats. Support the team in delivering innovative, brand-aligned work. Collaborate with project managers to track timelines and deliverables. Work independently and with senior creatives to take projects from idea to completion. Use AI design tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI) to enhance creative output. Assist with design production, mechanicals, and internal reviews. Maintain high visual standards and attention to detail. Be flexible with work hours as needed. What youll need: A strong portfolio showcasing your design, layout, and typography skills Solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator); Figma or Adobe XD is a plus Familiarity with AI design tools (like Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or Midjourney) A good eye for design, color, and image composition Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment A collaborative mindset, but also the ability to work independently Willingness to adapt to evolving processes and creative feedback Location: Chinchpokli, Mumbai,
