The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to one or more of the following areas: Kinaxis RapidResponse, EPM/EPBCS, Robotic Process Automation, Cloud technologies, or Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals at the start of their career to work on cutting-edge projects and grow in a supportive, fast-paced environment. Support the design, development, and deployment of solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse or EPM tools (such as Oracle EPBCS). Assist in implementing AI/ML models and data-driven decision-making systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. Work on cloud-based platforms and support application deployment and management. Perform data analysis, testing, and documentation as part of solution delivery. Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies as per project requirements. Required Skills: 13 years of relevant experience in any of the following: o Kinaxis RapidResponse o EPM/EPBCS (Oracle or similar platforms) o Robotic Process Automation o Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning o Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP, or Oracle Cloud) Basic understanding of databases, data structures, and scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Certifications in any of the relevant technologies are a plus (Kinaxis, Oracle EPM, Cloud platforms, etc.).,
