Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Junior Chemist to join our Research and Development team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the formulation, development, and improvement of new products and processes. TheJunior Chemist will work collaboratively to conduct experiments, analyze data, and contribute to the advancement of our organization's research initiatives. Responsibilities: Preparation of standard chemical solutions To carry out lab trials under given instructions Handling of chemicals, glassware, and equipment Carry out analysis as per the given SOP Record keeping Following lab safety protocols Ready to work in shifts Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Chemistry or a related field. Strong knowledge of chemical principles, analytical techniques, and laboratory instrumentation. Experience with formulation development, process optimization, and scale-up. Proficient in data analysis and statistical tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required. Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality and reliable results. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality management systems.
