Job Description
The Junior Business Development Manager position at BU Consultants requires a highly skilled individual to manage relationships with IT vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure successful delivery of IT services. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing vendor relationships and optimizing vendor spending while continuously improving vendor management processes. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions. - Monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon service levels and ensure compliance with contractual obligations. - Address and resolve any issues or disputes with vendors promptly and effectively. - Analyze vendor costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and optimize vendor spending. - Continuously evaluate and improve vendor management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Prepare regular reports on vendor performance, contract status, and other relevant metrics for internal stakeholders. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the IT industry. - Strong knowledge of IT solutions and services, including software, hardware, and cloud-based solutions. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in vendor management software and tools is a plus. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Business Development Manager or a similar role.
