As a Junior Growth Associate at Vilvah, you will be an integral part of our dynamic and rapidly growing Direct-to-Consumer Ecommerce brand, specializing in sustainable and natural skincare and hair care products. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making, optimize marketing campaigns, and identify growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize SQL and Python to analyze customer data and generate actionable dashboards and reports. - Monitor user behavior using CRM tools and devise strategies to enhance engagement and retention. - Conduct market research to identify trends and gather competitive insights for informing growth strategies. - Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to facilitate feature launches and drive growth initiatives. Key Qualifications: - UG/PG in a Quantitative or Computer Science field, or an MBA with a focus on Analytics. - Experience with Python in data-related projects is a plus. - Proficiency in Python and SQL is essential. - Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis. - In-depth knowledge of Database Management Systems (DBMS). - Understanding of business concepts, marketing strategies, and digital channels. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Open to recent graduates.
