We are seeking a Junior Architect with strong technical skills, 2D design expertise, and hands-on experience in Rhino software to join the team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for design, proficiency in architectural detailing, and the ability to translate concepts into precise 2D drawings and 3D models. Key Responsibilities: Conceptualization & Design Develop innovative and functional design solutions that align with client needs and aesthetic goals. Client Communication Engage with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored design solutions. Drafting & Visualization Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models to clearly present design concepts. Project Management Oversee the execution of designs by coordinating with vendors, material suppliers, and on-site teams. Material Selection Assist in sourcing and selecting materials that align with project specifications and budgets. Coordination Work closely with clients, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Architecture. Minimum 1 year of industry experience. Proficiency in Rhino software is a must. Strong understanding of architectural concepts and terminology. Excellent drawing skills and proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, etc.). Ability to translate design concepts into detailed drawings with accuracy and precision. Strong communication and project management skills. Experience in site coordination and client handling is preferred.
