Junior Architect Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu Experience: Freshers Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture) Key Responsibilities Design Assistance: Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs and plans, including conceptual sketches and detailed drawings. Drafting & Modeling: Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit. Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress, gather measurements, and ensure designs are implemented accurately. Documentation: Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports. Client Interaction: Participate in client meetings to understand project requirements and present design concepts. Research: Stay updated on building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design practices to ensure compliance and innovation in projects. Required Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch). Software Proficiency: Familiarity with design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
