Job Description
As an Architectural Assistant, you will play a vital role in the preparation of architectural designs, such as site plans, layouts, and elevations. Your collaboration with the design team will involve creating technical drawings and specifications that align with project requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing 3D models and visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders. Conducting site visits to gather measurements, photographs, and other essential data for design work will be a crucial part of your role. Your active participation in meetings with clients, contractors, and consultants is necessary to ensure that projects are aligned with client goals. Moreover, you will contribute to the development of schematic designs, design development, and construction documents. It will be your responsibility to support in ensuring that designs adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations. You will also be involved in preparing and reviewing cost estimates for projects, which includes material selections and labor considerations.
