You are a motivated and creative Junior Architect (Fresher-6 months) seeking to join our architectural team at Clove Technologies Private Limited in Visakhapatnam. This opportunity is ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience in architectural design, drafting, and project coordination. Under the guidance of senior architects, you will contribute to developing design concepts, creating presentation materials, and preparing construction documentation. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the development of architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings. You will support the design team in generating conceptual and schematic designs, preparing presentation materials for meetings, and participating in site visits, surveys, and documentation. Collaboration with engineers, consultants, and contractors is essential to ensure designs comply with local building codes and regulations. Additionally, maintaining organized project files and design records will be part of your daily tasks. The desired skills for this role include proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp, as well as experience in conceptual and schematic design development, space planning, functional layouts, and model making (physical or digital). A good understanding of architectural styles, materials, and detailing is also important.
