Job Description

As an Accounting Assistant at our company, you will play a vital role in the financial operations by assisting in the preparation and maintenance of financial statements and reports. Your responsibilities will include reconciling general ledger accounts, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and conducting account analysis to ensure compliance with US accounting standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with the finance team to streamline accounting processes, maintain accurate financial records, and assist in audits to ensure adherence to internal controls. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with a strong background in Business Central. Exposure to US accounting principles is highly preferred, and having completed CA Intermediate or CFA certification would be a strong advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, are essential qualities for this position. Your attention to detail, organizational abilities, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment will be key to your success.
