This entry-level role is perfect for someone with a passion for writing and a strong interest in technology. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing user manuals, API documentation, installation guides, release notes, and online help content. Work closely with developers, product managers, and senior writers to gather information and clarify technical content. Edit and revise existing documentation for accuracy, consistency, and clarity. Follow established documentation style guides and templates. Organize content logically and ensure accessibility and usability. Support documentation updates in content management systems (CMS) and version control tools (e.g., Git). Conduct basic product testing to understand functionality and user experience. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of technical concepts (software, APIs, tools). Attention to detail and ability to work independently or with supervision. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and basic familiarity with HTML or Markdown.
