Job Description
Test Planning and Design: Create comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project requirements and specifications. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests. Test Execution and Reporting: Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing. Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tracking tools. Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and ensure software quality. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all software releases meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. Conduct thorough reviews and inspections of software deliverables. Validate software performance, scalability, and usability. Collaboration: Work closely with the development team, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality software. Provide feedback and recommendations to improve software design and development processes. Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of test cases, test results, and defects. Prepare and present test reports and quality metrics to management.
