Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position should hold a qualification of MSc in organic chemistry. With 0-2 years of experience, you should possess a good understanding of process development for API and intermediates, as well as the ability to transfer lab processes to the plant seamlessly. Familiarity with spectroscopy techniques like NMR, IR, Mass, and analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, and GC-MS is essential. Moreover, you should have a solid grasp of ICH guidelines, the ability to set specifications, handle documents, address regulatory queries, and manage patents effectively. Candidates with prior experience in enzyme-based organic transformation will be given preference.
