Job Description
1. Incoming Inspection A. Correlate the incoming material with MTC, PO & Drawing B. Inspection as per Drawing, Control Plan and Sampling Size C. MTC review as per ASME/ASTM standards. G. Vendor Audits H. Calibration of instruments 2. Inprocess Inspection A. Confirming that all operations are adhering to Job card and SOP C. Confirming adherence to QAP and Stage inspections as required D. Monitoring that all inprocess materials are properly handled. E. Handling 3rd party stage inspections. F. Outsourced material inspection (At vendors place or upon receipts) 3. FG Inspection A. All last stage FG inspections as per QAP & Drawing B. Handling 3rd party inspections (Planning, Scheduling and Results) D. NC/ Rework scheduling and getting done from the production team. E. Handling of Customer Complaints & preparation of CAPA/8D. 4.
