Jr. Project Programmer

Location: Bangalore

The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

• Programming
• Commissioning building management/Lighting management system installations
• Servicing of control systems in existing buildings
• Completes, compiles, and submits job documentation such as commissioning documentation
• Site inspection for preparation of design and submit drawings for control system installation.
• Design building automation systems for standard and/or critical environment facilities such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals
• Provide a sequence of operations, device schedules, and as-built panel layouts.
• Coordinate with Project Managers

What we are looking for:

• Experience in IBMS system like BMS, FAS, PAS,IP, CCTV & Fire
• Handle Commissioning, installation & AMC
• HVAC automation PID logic, temperature, RH & pressure control
• Should know AutoCAD
• Requires extensive knowledge of a variety of building energy management control systems. (Tridium, Alerton, Delta, Schneider, JCI, Invensys)
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner.
• Must have experience in writing as well as demonstrated understanding of computer programs and software applications as related to the HVAC Industry.
• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of electrical and network wiring and the programming of BAS components.
• Excellent computer skills and strong understanding of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access); AutoCAD, Visual Basic.
• Effective interpersonal skills to represent the company to customers and other outside contacts in an ethical and professional manner.
• Strong understanding of Modbus and BACnet protocols and integration of these technologies into BMS systems.
• Good working knowledge of the systems commonly monitored and controlled by a building DDC/EMS. Systems may include Tridium/Niagara4/Niagara Ax, Distech Lon works Controllers, Distech BACNet Controllers, and others.
• Ability to interface with customers and contractors at a supervisory and management level
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to organize and lead a group of people
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to problem solve
• Strong programming background C/C++, Python, JavaScript is a plus
• Solid knowledge & experience in HVAC fault finding and problem diagnosis
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills
