Job Description
Role : Jr.Presales - client partner The Pre- Sale Jr, Client Partner role is focused on operational excellence. This person will consistently work with cross-functional teams as well as vendors on plan submissions, campaign close out and transitions to the Post- Sale team. They will be assisting the Sr. CP on end-to-end campaign planning. Responsibilities Manage high-volume requests with attention to detail and adhere to SLAs Communicate clearly and effectively via our internal planning hub and with internal / external teams Ensure alignment between plans, systems & IOs Assist CP on RFP huddles/ brainstorming sessions Update our planning hub to reflect campaign updates/ revisions Attend internal meetings and provide recaps and assign owns to action items Day to day tasks include: Inventory requests/ avails pulls Planning hub entry- initial and revisions Assist with IO Hand-off creation Build Targeting Grids Assist with RFP Collateral building- media plans, decks Conduct Vendor/ Internal feasibility checks Requirements A minimum of 2-3 years of digital media experience, focused on operations & campaign success. A minimum of a bachelors degree required. Strong knowledge of digital campaign metrics and goals (i.e. - CTR, CPA, etc.) Experience in managing expectations in a deadline-driven environment.
