Job Description
Responsibilities: Proficient in Siemens PLC and HMI programming and troubleshooting (S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300), with hands-on experience in maintaining and modifying pneumatic, hydro-pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Capable of handling PC-based machines, barcode scanners/printers, vision systems, and implementing Industry 4.0 solutions such as traceability and OEE monitoring. Conduct panel wiring and ensure compliance with electrical standards. Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and test control systems. Maintain and upgrade existing automation systems to improve functionality and reliability. Provide technical support and training to maintenance staff. Skills Required: Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, or similar). Strong knowledge of SCADA systems and HMI development. Experience in process simulation and control system design. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and perform panel wiring. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, etc.). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong understanding of industrial safety standards and practices. Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field. 1-4 years of experience in industrial automation and control systems.
