Position - Jr. HR Executive Location: Moshi Near Chimabli Phata ,Pimpri Chinchawad, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-time, Day Shift Salary: 18,000 25,000 per month (adjust as needed) Job Summary Support HR operations at our machine-tools manufacturing facility. You will assist the HR Manager in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, training, and reportingensuring smooth HR processes on the shop floor. Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Publish job postings, screen candidates, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and prepare offer letters. Onboarding & HR Records Facilitate new-hire orientation; maintain HRIS, attendance, training, certification, and exit documents. Employee Relations & Engagement Address staff queries and grievances; organize safety briefings and morale-building activities. Training & Development Coordinate training on machinist skills, safety, and soft skills; monitor and report on effectiveness. Compliance & Policy Support Ensure adherence to labor laws (e.g., Factory Act); support policy development and enforcement. HR Reporting & Administration Continuous Improvement Collaborate on HR data analysis and implement retention and recruitment improvements.
