Job Description
The role of Junior Graphic Designer based in Vashi-Navi Mumbai requires a professional with approximately 1 year of experience in graphic design, proficient in Adobe Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. The ideal candidate should possess a creative mindset, strong adaptability, and the capability to manage multiple projects independently within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include creating visually appealing designs for digital platforms like web, social media, and UI banners, working on motion graphics, animations, and video edits using After Effects & Premiere Pro, translating creative briefs into engaging visual outputs, adapting master creatives into various sizes and formats, collaborating with marketing and development teams to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, managing projects from concept to execution independently, and ensuring design consistency with brand guidelines across channels. Requirements for this position include 1-2 years of graphic design experience, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, a strong grasp of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts, experience in both web and print deliverables, the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively under tight deadlines, a collaborative attitude, creative thinking skills to translate briefs into effective designs, and a strong portfolio demonstrating static and motion design work. Additional skills that would be advantageous for this role include knowledge of animation or editing tools beyond the Adobe Suite, basic understanding of UI/UX principles or experience with related tools, and familiarity with preparing files for print production.,
