Roles and Responsibilities     Help other developers resolve technical problems work with the team business analysts to solve business-related issues   Experience in Java, Javascript, J2EE required   Work with the development team to architect and design solutions to meet the business requirements   Assist in the research and selection of tools, products and frameworks as necessary to support the business   Create and manage Java and .Net development   Participate in working with business groups   Working closely with business analysts, product managers and other members of the team to analyze and refine requirements for new features and design efficient solutions   Assists with strategic or tactical planning to justify, market, or manage the technology needed for successful business operations   Design, code, test program and maintain the complex custom-build solutions based on Enterprise Java technology and related frameworks   Build custom solutions based on agreed upon design and architectures
