Job Description
ProLance IT is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities: Identify and bid on projects via Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other platforms. Engage with B2B clients and agency partners to understand requirements and offer customized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to assess project feasibility, define timelines, and ensure on-time delivery. Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Manage end-to-end client communication and maintain strong, long-term relationships. Create impactful business documents, including proposals and presentations. Requirements: Sound knowledge of business development or sales (preferably in IT/services). Proficiency in bidding on freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Experience creating business proposals and client presentations. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to grow professionally. Excellent written and spoken English. Surat based candidates are preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
