Job Description

As a Junior Auditor at our hospital located in KPHB, Hyderabad, your primary responsibility will be to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency through conducting audits and preparing reports. To excel in this role, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare auditing or hospital finance, along with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Your key responsibilities will include conducting internal audits of billing, claims, and financial transactions, verifying documentation for insurance claims and patient billing, identifying discrepancies, revenue leakages, or fraud risks, evaluating hospital policies and adherence to SOPs, ensuring compliance with NABH or other healthcare standards, recommending improvements for operational efficiency, preparing audit reports with actionable insights, and working closely with the accounts, billing, and medical records teams while presenting findings to senior management regularly. To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle and billing systems, expertise in MS Excel and audit tools, high attention to detail, analytical ability, and familiarity with statutory and regulatory norms in healthcare.
