About the Role Role Location: M3 Building, Acacia What will your day look like Ensure scope and requirements are well understood and articulated in a way that can be progressed by Delivery teams. Conduct workshops to document requirements and provide clear, business focused requirements and acceptance criteria and ensure they are aligned to business or customer outcomes Ensure that work items are correctly broken down to support Delivery with the tools that are used in ANZ (Jira, Confluence, PS Project etc.) Understands end-to-end project delivery lifecycle and can contribute to various phases of it Change management principles are applied to ensure scope and requirements are well baselined and any changes are correctly impacted assessed and approved. Note: This is an individual contributor role. What will you bring To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Proficiency in Scoping, Requirement Elicitation, Planning and Risk Management Ability to communicate and influence a wide range of stakeholders effectively An extensive problem solving toolkit. Broad range of visualisation techniques covering scope, plan & progress, value benefit etc. "Proficient in understanding and analyzing data workflows, including data integration, processing, and management" Commitment to fostering a team culture, energy building and agile ceremonies Youre not expected to have 100% of these skills.
