Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment which includes creating Job Description to Onboarding.
  • Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to source potential candidates for open positions.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes and applications, conduct initial screenings, and shortlist qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  • Interviewing: Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) with candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Candidate Assessment: Administer relevant assessments and tests to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles, when required.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, provide guidance on the hiring process, and update them on the status of candidates.
  • Job Postings: Create engaging and accurate job descriptions, ensuring they are posted on relevant job boards and platforms.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent and maintain a positive candidate experience.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure candidates receive timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process, creating a positive impression of the organization.
  • Negotiating with candidates: Win-win for candidate and Organization.
  • Recruitment Metrics: Track recruitment metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Induction & Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new hires into the organization.

Training & Development:

  • Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and identify skill gaps.
  • Design comprehensive training programs tailored to address specific organizational requirements.
  • Develop training materials, resources, and multimedia content to support learning objectives.
  • Implement training initiatives utilizing various delivery methods, including workshops, seminars, and online platforms.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics, iterating as necessary.
  • Run complete L&D through LMS (Zoho).

Skills that must have in the Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
  • Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships with peers; across different levels of the organization and externally.
  • Must have worked on Excel/PowerPoint.
