Job Description
As a Jewellery Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service in a jewellery retail environment. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery items, meeting sales targets, and maintaining a positive brand image. Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their jewellery preferences and needs. Showcase a wide range of jewellery products to customers, highlighting their features and benefits. Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on the selection of jewellery pieces. Close sales transactions effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue. Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment to enhance the customer shopping experience. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and pricing strategies.
