Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery products at the counter.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Maintain product knowledge and be up to date with current promotions and offers.
• Ensure the counter is well-maintained, clean, and stocked.
• Handle customer queries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the store's performance.
• Maintain accurate billing and follow company protocols.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent English communication is a must
• Candidates with experience in fashion retail or jewellery sales will be preferred
• Pleasant personality, grooming, and good interpersonal skills
