Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Jewelry Merchandiser to join our team. As a Jewelry Merchandiser, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing merchandising strategies to drive sales, profitability, and customer engagement. Role & responsibilities 1. Product Development: Collaborate with designers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to develop new jewelry products, collections, and assortments. 2. Product Sourcing: Source high-quality jewelry products from suppliers, ensuring compliance with company standards, quality, and pricing. 3. Merchandise Planning: Develop and execute merchandise plans, including product mix, inventory management, and pricing strategies. 4. Visual Merchandising: Create visually appealing displays, window displays, and in-store presentations to showcase jewelry products. 5. Sales and Customer Engagement: Work closely with sales teams to drive sales, customer engagement, and loyalty. 6. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research, analyze consumer trends, and competitor activity to inform merchandising decisions. 7. Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales reports to ensure business objectives are met. Requirements: 1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, or related field. 2. Experience: 7+ years of experience in jewelry merchandising, buying, or product development. 3. Jewelry Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of jewelry trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior. 4. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 5. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Nice to Have 1. Certifications: Certifications in jewelry merchandising, gemology, or related fields. 2. Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages. 3.
