The job requires 1-5 years of experience in the medical industry. As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include maintaining and increasing sales of your company's products, reaching the targets and goals set for your area, establishing, maintaining, and expanding your customer base, servicing the needs of your existing customers, and increasing business opportunities through various routes to the market. You will be responsible for setting sales targets for individual representatives and your team as a whole, allocating areas to sales representatives, developing sales strategies, and setting targets. Additionally, you will be monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets, compiling and analyzing sales figures, possibly dealing with some major customer accounts yourself, collecting customer feedback and market research, reporting to Senior Managers, and keeping up to date with products and competitors. The ideal candidate should be a graduate and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,
